Successful candidates must have an exceptional work ethic, be energetic self-starters and extremely detail-oriented with a constant customer focus in their work. These are all long-term positions with the potential to quickly evolve into a senior roles for the right candidates. These positions are not eligible for contract or remote work. These are in-house development roles working with our existing web application, Flash, and back-end systems development teams within our New Westminster development office and data center. While the ability to work independently is required, a large portion of the positions require working closely with the team members and testers to ensure the required quality and deadlines are maintained. Excellent language and communication skills are required as documentation and reporting duties make up part of these positions.
